* **Training Facilities:** Essential for developing your athletes' skills. Upgrading these facilities allows for more effective training sessions, leading to better athlete performance on the field. (Included in Alpha)
* **Gyms:** A cornerstone of the athlete developmental process, gyms allow athletes to refine their physical abilities. (Included in Alpha)
* **Rehab Centers:** Vital for athlete recovery. Investing in rehab centers reduces recovery time from injuries and improves the overall health and longevity of your roster. (Functionality not active in Alpha)
* **Front Office:** Where administrative and financial affairs are managed. The Front Office ensures that steady income is generated, directly contributing to the team's financial health. (Included in Alpha)
* **Back Staff Office:** The Back Staff Office enables scouting and trade negotiation. Upgrading the Back Staff Office increases the chance to get rare player. (Functionality not active in Alpha)
